As We Reach Out

It was a long time ago
and yet, it still seems like yesterday
when met, in a forum for hope
and dreams, where words were all
constructed, seams to
hold together lives falling apart,
where others, included, their lives
to restart after
deaths due to loneliness,
illness or sameness, secrets let out
that were kept until
drained, stress that brought us together,
you and I, and the others
pairing us off like sisters
and brothers who shared such, in common
lost touch with the real
and so we are here, still, so many
to feel, to believe, to receive that
which we can't seem to find
in our lives that we live, but in dream words
we post and with each, thoughts,
forgive-ness is always in titled,
and responsive in touch,
and so that is why we engage
in the fantasies and the loving
so much, so we meet as we did,
you and I, in the rain, and no matter the whether,
we weathered the same, as the droplets of friendship
took us far beyond to the living, no past could
assess what we found, common ground.
The hidden of masks was exposed,
all around us was warmth in the coolness
of air touching each and the manner of
drying the dampness, tears reach deep
inside there is sameness, you are me,
I am you, as we both seek contentment
of a friendship's long due.

Little Mo darling heart, there is in your writing a deep and abiding echo that lingers in the soul of the reader, so few writers can and do write this well fewer do this as well as you do. It is a pleasure to read such well written expressive work. This is an utterly utterly utterly wonderful post. So incredibly well constructed the flow is excellent like a stream of crystal water it refreshes as it strokes the mind.

You know when I read your work I’m constantly amazed at how wonderfully expressive it is, its not that I don’t know you are a superb writer it is simply that I am astounded that each and every one of your poems is so brilliantly written. YOU know I love this darling one it is utterly utterly utterly perfect. Don’t ever stop writing such treats please.

Take care of you darling heart, remember how special you are

Maureen~ It is this sort of poetry that first drew me to you.  Your words flow effortlessly, from one heart to another.

Now I need to go find a kleenex and compose myself all over again.

Love ya Maur~

Now this is writing
taking your trip
with bad weather and all
still binding the words
and bondness of a friendship
etched upon these pages
for us to achive
the closeness you 2 have
now it is not a dream.
