Make It Stop! 'No more!' 'Make it stop!', I screamed, to no one in particular but any who would dare to hear and catch the flow of tears in stream... 'Please, God... take this cup from me!' 'Release me from it's ceaseless grip, and grant me slumber sweet, I beg of thee' 'Mercy!' This my only plea In desperation, bent at knee, I thus implore the Mighty One, 'Lord, hear my plea...' Vicky, I understand this very well!!  I do know from experience that even though it feels like it's going to last forever and never get better...it will slow down eventually. There may be a dead feeling there for a while, but that, too, will get better. It's very good that you are pouring your heart out to God....and to your friends here at PIP. (tears fall down my cheeks) Oh Vicky, I have felt this exact way as a boy before, I was abused as a child because of my differences and had nightmares and seizures almost every night and finally I screamed "Make it stop, make it stop, oh, someone please MAKE IT STOP!" (sad sigh) It seemed to come after me again and again and again and again and again and again and again... (wipes tears) Then when I wanted to end my life and jump off Rifle Falls, I felt Him push me back and somehow I think He heard my desperation and kept me from having the nerve to fall and so I turned to Him because that driveback felt so powerful and convinced me He lives! (wipes tears) God Bless You, sweet friend, I send many angel hugs your way, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Vicky, thank you for sharing!
