Picture by Alan Ayers * * * I was sorting through some pictures When I found this one of you You had a smile to warm the sun So much love came shining through I was taken by your expression And how the sun lit up your face You radiated so much happiness Of sadness, I saw no trace Every picture tells a story And this one told so much The camera captured you perfectly You seemed close enough to touch But now I have you here beside me So much joy does your love bring I don't need a picture now Because I have the real thing I am in motion |

Hi Sue, it’s amazing how far one small portrait can go, in showing the big picture. This was very sweet! Richy |

Wow Sue... This is so beautiful!! It reminds me of those long ago days in secondary school when I'd take snapshots of the guy I fancy... I still have them with me, juz for remembrance, coz I guess it was juz never meant to be... It was juz an infatuation... _,,,^.^,,,_ |

Pictures are good memory joggers, and memories are good heart warmers... And this poem is a keeper! “We are all travelers in the wilderness of this world, and the best that we can find in our travels is an honest friend.” –Robert Louis Stevenson |
