on the horizon of a fairytale

Would Fate be so Kind….

Where have we been?

has fate
forced time
and distance
between us?

until the time
was
right?
right
for us.

was time waiting for
us to find
ourselves,
our hearts,
before finding
each
other?

would fate
be so kind
to allow us to grow,
so love
would be recognized…
as being true?

everlasting…

not hindered
by barriers,
such as
youthful
foolishness?

with deserts and
mountains between us,
has fate
brought love from
opposite shores
to a central prairie?

would fate…be so kind?

drawing two tides
together?
