~*~ Cranberry muffins Coffee steaming hot Pancakes with butter Porridge in the pot French toast with marmalade Crumpets sweet with jam Waffles on the griddle Ham and eggs in the pan I've got biscuits in the oven And T-bones on the grill The hominy is bubbling Fresh apple pie is on the sill There's just-squeezed orange juice From fruits I picked myself Chutneys and canned preserves Are on top pantry shelf Your breakfast is ready, Dear, Please come and get it soon, For now I have to start your lunch Because it's nearing noon! ~*~ [This message has been edited by Earth Angel (05-21-2003 02:31 PM).] |

Mr. T. ~ What if Isabel had your physical body and I had your astral body? Do you think that she would mind? I'd make breakfasts for you that would be out of this world!--and she'd never have to cook in the morning for you again! I'd be doing her a favor!--but somehow I get the feeling that she loves cooking wonderful breakfasts for her man so I suppose my plan wouldn't work. She has both your bodies. Oh my, Linda, you cook like my Mom, when there are only three of us eating most of the time. LOL Just kidding, but my Mama cooks so much when I go to visit them through the week, it's like a holiday. I tell her she doesn't have to do that, but she thinks I don't eat enough, I guess. She should be able to see by looking at me that I do, though. LOL BTW, I like the link sausage. Yes, a good nutritional breakfast is essential in starting out your day!...so is poetry like this sweets......I, myself, always have a great breakfast to start out me day right...usually a couple of Valiums and a large shot of scotch! |
