In the light of a distant star

a form...tall in stature, fair
in grace.A shimmering halo
surrounding the shape within
the mist.My heart thumping
wildly, my curiosity aroused.

Who was this mysterious person
in the light? And, why did my heart
know the rightness of this moment?

Euphony of my soul joining
euphony of yours.I only knew you
through the eyes of my spirit...not
by form or face.I was drawn
as though by angels lifting
me upon their wings, setting me
gently down in your path.

Who was I to resist my fate?
How could I deny my destiny?

I reached into the fog and took
your hand in mine.Instant electricity
shared in our touch.Suddenly, there was
no you, no me...only the merging of two.

Oh, Ivy rose, I do feel this
with my Honey-Love. Goodness,
this one feels so real to me....
Hugs,
Ethel

Hmmmm, I like the feel of reaching through the fog...and the comfort that you found there.

What a nice picture that paints.
