Solitaire I try to put those thoughts away but carry with me still moments of togetherness, an exercise in will. They rise and fall with every breath to keep my mind from lack. I'm missing you when sight unseen, but words keep me on track. A rhyme-a-day or maybe two give life to what is still. The tunnel's end seems brighter now, a destiny's fulfill. The warmth of Spring, the newness of reverts me to a child. I feed on thoughts that rearrange my innocence, beguiled. Remembering my airport blues, or comforts hand in hand, or miniature, that day of golf when mine would always land anywhere but in a hole unless I placed it there. You are always here with me when I am solitare. M "Love is not blind - It sees more and not less, but because it sees more, it is willing to see less."
