~**~
Treasures
Sweet memories
To cherish for always
To be kept safely tucked away
Memories built upon through years of love
Captured from a kiss or a touch
A glance, a smile, or words
Sweet memories
Treasures

Oh yes, Ethel, the treasures do come in so many ordinary and subtle ways.  Adding them up over the collection of years makes for a true treasure indeed.  This is a beautiful reminder of those things we should never take for granted.

Memories really are treasures, and this poem is a treasure as well!

Great job on this Ethel .... I have tried numerous times to write these and so far have been unsuccessful. Congratulations on figuring it out.
