Before I Make a Sound Good morning Father I approach your mercy my face upon the ground Another day I ask for grace before I make a sound Forgive me Lord for I have been undeserving of this time Help me to be a light with strength and giving shine Touch me God as I touch the world that follows me each day Hold my clumsy tongue until you give me things to say Be with me as I step from this slumber and explore abundant grace Walk with me and navigate as I wander forward through the race Deliver joy to my fading heart Glow from within my soul Pull from me this aching heart and fill me with your control Amen. Timothy Work He that trusteth in his own heart is a fool: but whoso walketh wisely, he shall be delivered. Proverbs 28:26 |
