“CANDLELIGHT OF THE MOON”
by
Bill Charles
~~~~
Lights flicker in the darkness of night,
your being glistens with its passion,
a tender hand touched, taken into mine,
two hearts beat slowly in perfect unison…
Rain showers fall, as they touch upon you,
hair flows down like silk in ringlets,
wetness touches your face with caresses,
moonbeams dance in harmony with droplets…
Flickers are the candlelight of the moon,
as you sparkle with them in tender dance,
your eyes are the pathways to your soul,
this I see within you, with just one glance…
Very romantic, as is fitting for anything with both the moon and candlelight in the title.
