I hold a secret deep inside of my heart I wish I could tell you because it’s tearing me apart I come home smelling like you Remembering how your skin feels beneath my hand The passion in your kiss Every memory of how you make love to me When I am alone, I go over every conversation Trying to understand how you feel Hoping… Time spent with you is never enough I miss you every minute I think of you with everything I do I miss your voice, your touch, your mere presence I think of being with you and tears of want run down my face I want to be able to reach for you in times of need I want feel you next to me as I sleep You know none of this because… I hold a secret deep in my heart I can’t tell you because it will tear what we do have apart…. |
