I almost miss myself
I miss us all
How we were…

How we played it back then
Has made us what we’ve become
And I couldn’t be happier
But I can’t help missing the past

I know I’ve always got the future
But moving on ain’t ever easy
When I’ve got to leave behind
People like you

Sometimes I don’t want tomorrow
I need the time to reflect
But I know this doesn’t have the desired effect
It just provokes tears

But these are tears I want to see
You know I cant bear to leave it all behind
I want a future
But only if it’s as amazing as my past

And the only way I’m gonna get through
Is if I’ve got you to cling to
I don’t want anyone else
It wouldn’t be the same

My smile wouldn’t be right
My eyes would blind to the colour
And my heart would break.
