A fool such as I Building castles in the sand A ship of love With hollow hull A jump from the edge Of the ledge Dying, trying, To defy...loves gravity Still waters run deep Often true fades to blue Yet darkness of a loosing pit Seems to gravitate Challenging The very essence Of the soul Life itself Remains in question While purple eyes Found to be made of jade And breathe Shall go on Until someday Turning to finality Hearing a final gasp Signifying...the end 6/8/02 Copyright © 2002 Dennis Hicks |

 (big hugggssssssss) This is so very sad but heartfelt, sweet friend, I too only wish it was that easy to embrace such a love and then each time gravity seems to take you down and the only way to survive is to let yourself sink in wait!
