His Touch Was Always...

Now
climbing into a sometimes
unmade bed
awaiting the return
of kisses
on my lips of smooth

i lay open minded
resisting not
any word thoughts
suggestions
that float to me
in my dreams of his

Now
loving every moment of then
savoring every stolen kiss upon
becoming the Lady Steel
yet smooth
and soft enough
to bend to his wishes

dancing each forever moment
with every note from his lips
comes the arousal
the slow tempo
never wondering
if the song will end

Now
to only feel
to only crave
to become more alive
to dance until "forever"
never wondering if there will be a tomorow

as his touch was always...
Now

M

Always...will be there forever...

I don't remember ever having a sandbox..but I do have two pictures of me as a baby...one drinking water out of the swimming pool and the other going after crabs in the trash...hmmmmmmmmm we grew up eating steamed crabs...don't know why I had to go there for them though

sandbox..nah didn't have a sandbox..had a dirt road to play in though... and all the toy trucks and tractors made cool wheel marks in te grey white dust..

crabs...now..I never tasted crab until I was in my late teens....but have tried to make up for what I missed since then...eat them everytime I get the chance and oysters too... love raw oysters on the half...
Ate a lot a corn bread, fried potatoes, and beans though.... can't say I ever had to look for them in a trash can, but can say I have been hungry enough in my life to do just that...

some days you are just soo much fun to play with...I blocked out my childhood..and don't know why..I have blocked out my high school and college years and don't know why...
I only remember the times out of school and the summers...sometimes I wake in a cold sweat thinking I didn't graduate or failed a course...and how then did I get my degree in teaching...I think I am a sure thing in need of a psychiatrist...what do you think..

well... now whether or not you need to seek the counseling of a mental health professional is beyond my capacity to say. I did major in psych..the couple of years I went to college and learned one thing. If you think you will or would benefit from talking to a trained couseler... you probably will.

as for being too much fun..naw... I'm really pretty boring.

blocking out.. now that is an interesting coping mechanism... denial.. what in the world would we do to get through a day with the denial skill set..

I have been to a psychiatrist once...when I was sick and anxious about it... I use these boards, and anything I don't remember from my past is not improtant as I did have a happy life.
I just think I have a small brain and like my old computer...much gets deleted  to let in the new..therefore my past is just that...and every new moment will replace the old.

well that's my understanding of me

(grinning) small brain huh.... well mine has shrunk from all the pickling it has been subjected to. Should last well after the rest of me is gone...it and my liver..

FIFO... you just handle your inventory using the FIFO system. That way stock rotation is not an issue and you always have fresh memories

FIFO  First In First Out used as an accounting method for valueing inventory and practiced as an inventory control discipline to avoid dated inventory.

well back to the poem, sorry for the interruption, you know, kids, there is always something called instant messaging.....
anyhow back to the poem,
if youre talking about the old one youve gotten rid of, poems like these are not good medicine, you know, you will lament even more,if you want to erase him...if it's about a new flame, then it's a
vision of faith in this love, but i did enjoy it

It's a vision of faith...I don't write about the distant past anymore unless it is a challenge.  Besides I never erase anyone out of my life...I may lose some memories and feelings may change but anyone
important enough to be in my life will always be there.
Thank you
M

instant messaging? hmmmm... I have to pedal this bike pretty hard just to get electricity moving..not sure I can pedal it fast enough for instant messaging ... maybe instant massaging.... now that might be worth
pedaling faster for...

.
Oh, Maureen?
I was going to say that I really like your poem.....and about the past...there are always some good memories. I never want to lose those. Do you?.
.
And, Capt. Ron? Ya'll go right ahead and talk on this thread.....Sounds like you're both having fun, so what's wrong with it??

Ron, If you are there in the Fall, that is when the festival is in Crownsville, just outside of Baltimore for 8 weeks

let me know,I will get you in and I am sure someone there will love to give you a massage.

Ethel, I am trying to lose only the bad memories, but sometimes I run into her, and I am getting better at that too. *s (I've been through so much  news of cancer today and radiation with a friend, that Cpats responses cheered me up...I probably should have had the thread moved elsewhere. Besides my poems never get this much attention

Though this is a favorite poem of mine, thanks, Ethel *s.
