I had to walk away from a 16 month relationship tonight. It was hard. But I think it for the best.  ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ It is hard To give up someone so dear But when you know It's for the best You hope they listen To what you say You know it's hard You know it hurts But it has to be done No matter how much Your heart breaks And yearns Not to do this difficult task The sorrow of it Will all fade With time Cold hands means a warm heart |
