What comes from ground frozen like death When heart does pound and pants your breath Billows from skin white as the snow You’re standing in and no place to go With wind shiver you grow too week Bare trees quiver horizon bleak What goes to ground and hide in snow Makes not a sound warmth lost to know. Always, ~indifference~ It can't get any colder than that.... though trying to connect white skin... of the doer or the doee? Have to go read again.... Can't imagine anyone feeling that way about you....smiling here, Pat ..without surrender, be on good terms with all persons..
