I caught TS Eliot slipping out the back door stop you skinny bastard look at these approximations I have duplicated your morose dictums I can reproduce at will such mournful ravings get away from me he said you're sick yes I know you've been telling us that for years we're all sick no you fool we were beautifully tragically sick you however have the sickness of a small man I met cleaning a theater in Abilene who believed that his soul was damned because his mother was adulterous you're all just alike I told him and one day you'll get yours he busted me in the nose and roared off with Sylvia Plath who was wearing tiger pants and driving a convertible |
