A wind nudged lightly against the trees
as would a wife to hush a husband's snore,

the wind was not the wind of yesterday
nor was the wind the wind of days before,

it was a wind, a wind of no beginning
commencing not in mountains high nor desert's floor,

blowing not from west nor east nor south nor north,
it was a wind, a wind that was and nothing more

nudging lightly against the trees
as would a wife to hush a husband's snore.

Tim--Soft as a sigh, a whispered word, a poem of sweet perfection.

When the wind whispers through your poetry - the world stops to listen.
