And with the rain
so too,
comes the memory
in heartbreak cascade
rivulets of remember
that sting just now
vivid the glimpses
of a yesterday
wished forgotten
until your laughter
is recalled
your smile
and that way you had
of looking
not just at me
but into me
like you knew
you knew.....
I never hid
I wanted you to see
all that I kept inside my heart
for you
oh... and it was
always........you

(big hugggssssssss) I would always keep everything I want to share with the one deep in the vault of my heart as I would be hopeless without the whole evidence! (sigh) This is lovely, sweet friend, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Susan, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,
Noah Eaton

Truly, a beautiful piece.  Very vivid in the emotions you wished to present with this piece.  I loved it, putting it all quite frankly.  I look forward to reading more of your pieces.

Beneath, there is more beneath, but, what is there in the end?  More beneath?  Or something more?

rivulets of remember
===================
LOVE that line!!!
but then I love moth poetry

I was reborn on the shores of the Chesapeake Bay
Virginia hasn't yet faded away
I keep thinking tomorrow is coming today
So I am endlessly waiting

Susan, this is beautiful and the imagery, superb.  It's wonderful seeing you here.

The stars will shine when I am gone,
the earth will turn on as before,
the gulls, still race along the shore,
the morning star, still kiss the dawn
