when I feel this way, I choose a different room in my house and selude myself there for a day. Fading is easy to do here.

Life would be so much simpler if we really could take a "vacation" from ourselves. It becomes to easy to close ourselvesoff to the world.....hang on dear. The ride has just begun but if you keep both arms wrapped around yourself.....you will be victorious and these "blues" will be just a memory.
