Reborn I feel like I am being reborn My reality begins to change Creating a brand new identity But I’m the same old me Not wanting to let go of the past Yet wanting to fly forward To the uncertain future Teardrops fall filled with pain As the door holding my Beginning starts to open Allowing hope and love to give Me a comforting welcome |

I was really glad to hear about yours and Dave's life you are going to start together. I can understand the way your're feeling in this poem, though. I feel lots of the same feelings. I just haven't made that step yet to make the move to where my Love is. "Love makes the world go around" |

Thank you all for responding I do appreciate your kind words and support. As you know I haven't written anything in a long time. I personally didn't like it LOL but we are our worse critics lol.
