(sigh) This is a wonderfully bittersweet poem, sweet friend, happiness is indeed a whole realm to itself but to exist in one moment and fail to co-exist in others can be discouraging as to be happy is also to feel free and to explore! (big hugggssssss) This is wisely stated, sweet friend, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Helen, thank you for sharing!

lettings thing go can be so hard...
especially moments of joy, love, and staisfaction.

I've read a few of your poems now and I'm very impressed. My writing is always long, too long I think. You have a great talent of saying so much with so few words.
Happiness is such a precious thing...I think we're all inclined to try and cling to it a little longer than we should.
