Whisper Goodbye Whisper goodbye as you softly leave me Let me feel your spirit touch me gently Brush the kiss of love though my heart As your spirit leaves to silently depart And I’ll go on with my eyes tear free I’ll hold my head up and walk proudly Because my soul will feel your touch still I’ll hold the touch of love and I always will Whisper farewell as you part from here Let me know you go on without any fear Touch my spirit with your love so true So I’ll know for always the love of you And I’ll understand the meaning of this That love survives within a soul’s kiss I’ll know that you are not gone from me You’re in my soul where you wait patiently Whisper adieu as you silently slip away Let me know we’ll be together one fine day Stroke my spirit with your love’s light Tell me that I need not fear the dark night And I’ll hold your smile deep within me It will fill my soul with love’s serenity To shield my spirit when hope seems lost For those times I doubt that I can pay the cost You have gifted me with love to light me And you will illumine my heart eternally Marsha Tomorrow is another day I don't know what it holds |

For Marsha On a Cold Winter Day Can you feel the pressure of my heart harshly in beat with a labor of breath? From across an ocean's glance - apart in vigilant effort to stem a spirit's death That warmth you feel, even now in dark is my hand of soul pressed to your cheek Hoping to give you light when tomorrow's stark and build inner strength when you are weak. Someday soon, when a sun is at its brighthest we reflect its joy in the gild of a poem and when your spirit is again at its lightest It'll shine brilliant from your heart and from your home. (so moved, was I, from the words of your heart, written poignantly and firm in your poem, i wanted to lend my support to your quest.) Jeff |

Marsh, sweet friend, This is a very touching poem. It is filled completely with love and compassion. So many emotions were felt while I was reading it. What dreams may come What dreams may come beyond your death I do not know, they've not yet breath And yet I know your love rides on Although you go, I sing your song What dreams may come, I do not know Yet dreams of you will gladly flow And dreams go on, as dreams will do My dreams and hopes will be of you Beyond your death you whisper still To give me hope, forestall the chill For dreams go on, I know this truth And dreams of you are soft and couth I'll miss you most when dreams may come But dreams are dust, when said and done You gave me love to keep me warm In dreams you'll take another form When dreams may come I'll miss you most Although part of the heavenly host What dreams may come, I'll wait to see If grief gives way to victory But whatever this day brings I'll think of you for my heart sings You've passed beyond and come what may I'll dream about you everyday although your pain drowns out the song in dreams your spirit moves along and courage deep is what you'll find with stong belief in all mankind for you have loved in deep desire and felt the warming of love's fire your heart now cold is not yet dead while dreams of him can fill your head rest beloved - dream a while until the end he'll see you smile although you've lost the the great love's hearth the lesser loves will give live worth so close your eyes and dream on true this pain and grief will pass by you. *Hearthugs Keth Here in the midst of my lonely abyss, a single joy I find...your presence in my mind. Thank you each and everyone, I thank you for the kindness each of you gift me with. Beloved Keth, do you beloved one have to make my smile wobble so? Thank you for the love and light you shine on me Pepper beloved heart, what can I say but thank you always, for the touch of your soul helps mine whenever my feet seem to miss the path. Don’t Weep Please don’t weep for the likes of me Weeping is for the lost and lonely I’ve been blessed with something fine A love that will last until the end of time I’ll feel that love wrapped around my soul When there are times I don’t feel whole Whenever the days seem too drear Your touch in me will banish fear Please don’t weep when you see me I don’t want tears falling constantly There will be times when I feel sad Days ahead when it hurts so bad But truly I will be strong once more Even though my soul lies on the floor I’ll walk the path that leads home I’ve known heaven and I’ll not moan Please don’t heed the tears you see They will all dry up eventually I’ll face whatever comes head on I’ll lift my face and sing life’s song And even if the sky looks a little grey I will get through this day by day Life is full of hope it shines so bright And I have been blessed by its light Please don’t weep lift your smile do It is only by smiling we can get through Marsha  Love and warm stuff As always Mushy Tomorrow is another day I don't know what it holds |

How can I say something is wonderful when it breaks my heart? *S* But how can I ignore the brilliance of the write just because it stirs my soul? This is so filled with love... both the grief and the gratitude of it. The last two lines say it all... and say it brilliantly. *S* The poems you've inspired from your readers are also wonderful...
