Picture by Jim Warren * * * To the bedroom is where you lead me The smell of incense fills the room With the sensual candlelight I cannot help but swoon You temp and tantalize me As you lay me on the bed You know what I am thinking For my mind is easily read Fan the flames of my desire Hold your body close to me Let this moment last forever So lost in love are we On a bed of silk and satin I'll surrender to your charms And in the early hours of morning I'll lay awake here in your arms I am in motion |

pull the satin comfort of sleep o'er the body you possessed just moments ago in perfect synchronicity like well-oiled gears, we meshed and you paint the ceiling with daydreams in a lasting moment of forever (you are a special writer, Sue! JkF) |

(sigh) This is lovely, sweet friend, this made me cry as so many love poems do and you always fill me with hope I may find such a love! (kiss on cheek) God Bless You, sweet friend, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Sue, thank you for sharing! May love and light always shine upon you! Sue, this is so beautiful. The picture goes perfectly with it. I visited Jim Warren website and saw this picture. I thought it would be pretty with a poem. BTW, I've tried to learn how to put the pictures on here like all of you do, but just can't yet. Nancy told me how, but I can't get it to work. "Love makes the world go around" |
