The stars won't shine today

That had to last
The time had to say goodbye
Memories we shared
WIll stay
In my mind

Without an end or beginning
Tell me why
We have to say goodbye?
Memories of yesterday
Will remain In my heart
Tell me why
love has to last
As love was going fine for us
Tell me why?
Think of dreams
We had to live for
Think of the song we
used to sing
Think of our love
That was so alive
Now you had to leave
Tell me why?

Sometimes there simply are no answers, and since this is a repost I trust you've gotten past this painful part of life....(which does take awhile)

no answer, it just is what it is....slips away sometimes as its happening, without even realizing it. if we could really justlive in the moment and enjoy it without thinking about will it last or not, but its not that easy
