This I also adapted into a song/hymn in 2005 I may get to post another time 1 Christ 12 November 1995 Who is this man we call Jesus Do we need to know Yet we all have the strength reach out, accept the covenants For Christ is our Saviour He died on the cross for you, for your neighbour your brothers — sisters We are all children under him Each day is an education Yea, with no Christ there can be no God with no faith, we are nothing but dust. Stand tall, stand proud rejoice, for Jesus loves us all “For if they which are of the law be heirs, faith is made void, and the promise made of none effect: Because the law worketh wrath: for where no law is, there is no transgression. Therefore it is of faith, that it might be by grace; to the end the promise might be sure to all the seed; not to that only which is of the law, but to that also which is of the faith of Abraham; who is the father of us all,” Romans 4: 14 -16 KJV a poet who cares |

Amen! I can't imagine making it through the valleys of this life without faith in our Lord. Yet at one time, I only believed He existed and was unaware of His great love for us. Thanks for sharing. Rae |

it could be said, that poem, and Christ account for 10 years and 5000 pages of verse later Christ in my name and Christ in my heart, and in truth I can say that , thanks to my mother a poet who cares |

BEAUTIFUL!!! I love the stanza: Yea, with no Christ there can be no God with no faith, we are nothing but dust. This is so very true. If it had not been for Christ and what He did for us, life would have no meaning and we would still be a lost race. Very well expressed and so full of awesome emotion.
