On the clifftops of my mind,
I watch with barely a breath,
a whole universe surrender
to the sound of silence.

The presence of still waters,
flower-buds getting ready for spring,
the morning veil rising like a curtain,
go unnoticed and unheeded.

Yet all these, affirm
each second that I am alive,
and this PRESENT minute,
are all I need to go on bended knee
and be grateful to the Lord -
Creator of life.

Very serene imagery here that I agree much of the time goes unnoticed and yes they are all wonderful reminders and reasons for us to praise and be thankful to our GOD. Thank you my friend and GOD bless. I also gave you some further instruction at my posting Winter's Refuge that may help you with adding an image to your poem, but I must say that this poem paints wonderful imagery without even adding a picture.
