Sometimes when troubled
with trials in life
Don't know what to do
about woes or strife
Seem to do everything,
you know what to do
Nothing seems to help
when troubles come to you
Wondering how to handle
all your woes and cares
Even asks yourself
is God answering my prayers?
But then you start thinking
about days gone past
Of all through the years
how His grace did last
God always answers prayer
no matter what we think
He knows how to answer
quicker than an eye's blink
But He also sees the future
what life's road will show
What we need and the best for us
God always does know
Sometimes He answers right away
at times a while it takes
Other times He answers, "Not now"
He never makes mistakes
If you think prayers go unanswered
or if they're ever going to be
God will answer in His own time and way,
and for the best, you will see

I think this poem, really hit me in a very deep way...And I am, at this moment in my life, extremely glad you posted this. Thankyou from the bottom of my heart.

Prayer, awesome gift, able to converse with the creator of Heaven and earth and all that is in it by thoughts directed to GOD!

what a wonderful gift prayer is. We can talk to God and He's never

Yep!! I can relate to your poem very well. Done that and been there, and probably will be there again, and looking back on it, now, the times that I have been waiting, Father certainly does always know best don't he .... Good job.
