Locked away the pain
Bound by the tears
Trust has been broken
Faith lost throughout the years

Protected is you heart
Under lock and key
It’s been hurt before
Its easy for me to see.

You need to try again
This I understand
That’s what makes you
the most incredible man.

Please just be careful
Not to shatter what is left
For you are worth much more
Please promise not to forget.

If you ever need me
You know just where I am
Look inside your locked heart
You will find I found my way in.
