 It's a cold winter day with a hot cup of tea Thoughts swirling around of my man and me... A break by the fire The chores can all wait A weekend for two to anticipate... He's off in the morn A kiss, then alone this lover, this wife this keeper of home... Our home is our castle Our love-nest for two But it's never complete 'til the door he walks through... Then laughter and music soon fill up the space Just thinking of that puts a smile on this face! I must stop my dreaming Chores beckon, you see And soon comes the weekend for my man and me... Oh how I know this feeling. The only thing is, when my man comes home, the only thing he fills the house with is his mess.  But, it is a welcome sight all the same. |

Oh WhiteRose...I think that's just part of life, eh?? I had a friend, who had lost her husband, once tell me that we don't realize how much we miss all those little things until they aren't there anymore.
