Transferring credit funds to cover negative bank accounts That seems like poetry Already, I'm unsure But isn't art Taking something mundane and making it beautiful? What if it fails? Ever since that first date with how do you say... my significant other On top of the Ferris wheel We've been going round and round It's not a cycle theme Excuse me At least it doesn't seem According to philosophy (and my wife) I know nothing Surely the creditor would agree But he's being recorded for quality assurance As I am being surgically taped to a chaired existence Where the rub burns are strawberry fresh and alive I ask what can be said tonight? My mind's too right... [This message has been edited by wayoutwalt (12-13-2002 03:36 PM).] |

"But isn't art Taking something mundane and making it beautiful?" And you do that quite well, dear Walt. Glad to see you back on this ferris wheel. |

the poem lives up to the title... and i feel as unsure lately as you seem to... enjoyed, as always. "According to philosophy (and my wife) I know nothing" The wise man knows he knows nothing. it's our struggle for identity that leaves us all unknown [This message has been edited by Ethan Halo (12-13-2002 04:57 PM).] |
