A Duet with a Muse

You are there, here with Me
Centering my soul's destiny
Traced along curved lines so fair,
What you saw is my heart bared.

You are there, here with Me

I am your thought's desire
You remain my spark of fire
Kismet was our chance of meet
Fate now touches our heartbeat

You are there, here with Me

In my Where find Why of me
As I look to you for certainty
For you are caught in my inquire
And I am yours in fond desire.

You are there, here with Me

In this our web of design
Caught up in our own consign
I am now your fancy, freed,
You are there, here with Me

About a year ago, this was posted
as a challenge for all worthy poets
to write on the line,
"You are there, here with Me".
It would be nice to see this come again
and Mysteria, thank you for reminding me
how much you cherish this line...
Have at it, Poets!

..."I my Where find Why of Me"---innovative and brilliant!

Totally delightful poem! Now, if only I could get my muse to sing a song such as this, with me!

~ good morning hugs!

"In my Where, find Why of me."

Love it! And the entire poem. So creative.

Oh yes, it is a great line, as were all the lines in this wonderful
poem. I think I might try it, too....one day.
Thank you for sharing this with us.

But you see...you are there, here with me, so that is a "good thing" and makes this easy to remember.  I am so glad you re-posted this, this time I got it into my library.

Lady In White - a duet indeed with a Muse. Would you consider a writing duet with my Muse?...
