If I answered you with love that sings moonlit nights and robin wings walking hand and hand on secluded shores a face I see....that I adore If I lay upon my bed..... untouched by no other Prove to you.........you are my lover. Would you dance with me in the falling rain release me from this controlling chain? Would you spray happiness on this saddened face would haunted memories all be erased? Would you fill my cup with sensual energy could you love me now... until infinity? Then take my hand and walk with me... I surrender to you Surrender to me! |

The cadence of first two lines cause me to sway and almost sing...love re-reading just those two lines... and I like the thought of this: "Would you dance with me in the falling rain" Rain and love seem to go so well together. You have captured much here; Vulnerability and Trust, two keys to a happy relationship... Hope you've found this Salty....enjoyed the poem a great deal...
