Disillusioned One last time Soul on fire Smoke in my eyes Burning desires Spiralling down an abyss I'm tainted From your illusive kiss I should have known better To let my fanatisies get in the way Because I knew Somehow eventually I would end up this way Lost in confusion Running around myself in circles Inhaling the fumes Of my smoldering dreams I should have known better To even try to get close Disillusioned Smoke blurring my eyesight Cynicism enshrouding My senses I should have known better To have almost let myself go...
