i want to watch
the rain today
fall helplessly
from the sky,
drizzle down
through sunday's sleep
feel the cloud's heart cry

watch it pour
by the window seat,
the scene
as life goes by,
feel the meloncholy
of which it speaks,
not questioning
as i just know why

I love this line, a beautiful take on rain never thought of before. Great poem.

There is something almost wedded between rain and melancholy. I don't know it either, but I sense it. Nice poem. KJ

(big hugggssssss) My heart goes out to you, sweet friend, I know it can feel so sad and hopeless when it rains sometimes but always look to the rainbow, for it is meant to rain happiness too and I know your golden heart will seek it soon!
