Glowing in the mist Behind the clouds of night Beams clearing from time to time Lifting all fear and fright Could have been a scene From an old black and white Instead a perfect calm Viewed with in the moon light Fog slowly rolling As if to blanket the earth So much like a Mother Tenderly caring for what’s worth As the sun comes up to greet Blanket of fog slowing rolls away Time for all of nature To come out side and play |
