Maples bleed sweetness into metal pails- drip, clank, drop. The lake's iron stain hatches out of winter. Chimes chant in a sharp-tooth wind. Shedding of snow bares anemic fields, rainbows of grey and brown. It's the season when unmittened fingers wont be frostbitten, and tears don't freeze on exposed cheeks. |

(smiles) Oh Andrea, I just love this, sweet friend, I could almost taste the maple syrup at the tip of my tongue reading this, spring is my favorite time of year though I love them all! (big hugggssssss) This is gorgeous, sweet friend, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Andrea, thank you for sharing! May love and light always shine upon you!
