lament for the summer

the stars seem to pulse
language waves out across space
young moon hides her face

flames from afar place
electromagnetic lace
optical impulse

child's glitter strewn wide
atmospheric curvature
a wind of light comes

specks flee adventure
morning song no longer hide
air itself is numb

winter morn's pale grace
cold over cosmic divide
blue orb spinning slow

fading world's lights low
gaia yearns for summer's warmth
blanketed by snow.

My favorite poem of yours yet, majnu.
I like the glow. And the ice.
