The sun was brightly shining when I arose on this cool, clear day I love these days of winter here....so peacefully shining, the sun, in such a loving way It seems to wear a big smile as if to say, come out and enjoy me, do you want to play I wonder if you are enjoying the beautiful sun where you are this morn, I know you are somewhere out there beneath the big skies, wishing to me your love could show Wait, I hear the birds singing way up high in the sky, Are they bringing a message from you to me Listening closely I seem to hear the words, "I love you", so clearly Wait, I think I see dark clouds coming into view I wonder if it will rain I know as you look in the skies, in your heart you feel the same pain Only a few more days, my love, and together you and I will be Enjoying each other, with the sun smiling at us or rain, we may see Regardless of what nature, in all its wisdom, may to us show Being together will be such joy, no matter what else happens, of this we surely know |

Where I am's cold and rain. I can't wait to take a long walk in it. Weather is, after all so democratic, it doesn't discriminate. How lucky you've some further warmth to look forward to. |

Very sweet thoughts here, Ethel... I don't know where Gary is, but its always interesting to wonder about what the weather is where our loved ones are... I always watch the weather channel because my family is scattered all up and down the eastern seaboard... BTW... Lyra.... You're so sweet, Chippymunk. Gary's in Florida, too, but way over to the east coast. My daughter's in Massachusetts. My brother' in Missouri, and I have relatives all over Alabama and Florida. So, I watch the weather in other places a lot, too. Oh, I'm glad that you're having good weather in Michigan today.
