Something to consider, but never to touch,
interesting for a moment but soon forgotten.
Important occurrences pass you by,
failing to notice, you turn a blind eye.
What will you do, my rogue old man?
What will you do, my exquisite young creation?
That which is fleeting, will that be your captain?
The basis for all the ways you will see that which you know,
which will it be? What will you choose?
Consider eternity, consider this life.
A plane crash from never having that drink;
a mistaken identity from things not going as planned.
Chose soon, choose wisely.
For you never know what shattering effect you'll soon face next.

If feel like my life is starting to spiderweb and is just about to shatter before me and it scares me. This really is a poem that makes you see that tomorrow is another day and that yesterday is over and today is history
