so it’s friday and I can’t avoid the stain of a man in the road splitting mortared forests with a motorcycle and today’s the same as any other day searching loft space in another state (although I have space here) searching for employment far away (although I have employment here) for something different (although I have different here) - go figure but I would miss boston it’s streets and I’m sure that there are stains in other states as well fact I know their presence in every soil the grain of another gone the coughing dust of life stamped out and I am growing - Growing towards this split of me behind a door in a black chair and me on the fingertips of risk in a drunken waste it helps me sleep the small deaths the little hours slit into the darkness the gratitude? for rebirth come dawn and it is friday again and I would miss boston miss you miss the me in the cracks of concrete the short deaths I’ve laid in this room. |

Alicia, this will be another keeper for my favorites folder. I love the way you meander back and forth within your mind's alleyways. |

My only advice is be patient and calmly weigh your decision.......growth is good.....a misplaced footstep could be a twenty year sentence to a place which will e'er leave a longing for what was known..."home".....I know. |

Would we miss who we are? Or, would we miss where we are? Thank you. What light through yon window breaks? It is the east, and Juliet is the sun. |

Dear Alicia....I know this wanting to change...and I think it isn't the place, or time or person...it is me. You are deep and complex and lovely to read. |

Growing towards this split of me behind a door in a black chair and me on the fingertips of risk in a drunken waste it helps me sleep the small deaths the little hours slit into the darkness the gratitude? for rebirth come dawn and it is friday again I sat here, on the third read still breathless as I peeled back another layer. I found myself connected alot to the bit I cut and pasted, anyway I am babbling.. what I really mean to say is that I enjoyed the read alot. THank you hsaring this one. The ladders of life that we scale merrily Move mysteriously around So that when you think you're climbing up, man In fact you're climbing down-Nick ca |

and I’m sure that there are stains in other states as well fact I know their presence in every soil the grain of another gone the coughing dust of life stamped out and I am growing - Growing towards this split of me behind a door in a black chair and me on the fingertips of risk in a drunken waste it helps me sleep the small deaths the little hours slit into the darkness the gratitude? for rebirth come dawn and it is friday again metaphor and imagery all superb here..and the struggles the need to the fear of...all painted for us to see through a different set of eyes and one seemingly on the verge..of the one step or the not step... artistry in your words... I enjoyed |
