Posts 202The place just beyond my eyes, where my spirit flies. |
I am a refuge of light, When black and white turned inside out, With my uni-winged body I fly in circles, Ceaseless flapping only prolongs the inevitable, I will fall... I will die... I will burn in the million mile sun flairs, Better to burn there than the alternative, The Kingdom has collapsed, And I'm the only one left, Not for long, I'm the last light of Heaven, Bun no I fall, And that light... It fizzles, Ice bursts aflame and oceans overwhelm, The Kingdom is just an empty echo of nothing, Because black and white turned inside out. |

Its interesting how you took what you started with in the beginning and used it in the end. It's a very sad piece and very interesting. I enjoyed it lots  thanks for sharing !Standing on the edge of the world |

It was a very well written poem! I liked the way it was easy for me to picture. I dunno why this poem's been neglected, but no longer! lol. Really, I liked this one! It's very good. Rich "You can't hurt meee!! 'Cause I've got on my cheeeeese helmet!" |
