l've done some things, and lived some lies. Cried a thousand tears, and hurt the people they say l'm to love. Where my heart lies, beating forever steady in my chest you'll find a woman of stone; a soul of ice. A thousand tears more, cried through the night, the pain come and gone, only to come back again, the child never the same. They know l hurt, these people l'm told to love; family. But they don't know why, and it's deeper than the hidden pain; above and beyond life's constant agony you'll find a soul of rage, hiding. Always without end, and there through the ages; even in death you'll find anger. A soul lives on? A thousand tears cried, and death not sought, but pain and life without oblivion, a thousand tears cried as punishment's gift. |

Interesting style. I like it none the less. Well this is a great poem, and for only having been writing for 4 months you're very good. Keep up the good work and I'll be looking for more of your work. Thanks for sharing. -Erica- |

I haven't been on here in a long time so I think this is the first thing of yours that I've read. I like this poem a lot. I'll be looking for more of your work. ::Jen:: If you listen hard enough silence can mean more than words. |
