I'm just a girl A girl who stood in front of a boy Asking him to love her And was turned away A girl who pleaded with a boy Begging him to give them time And was turned down A girl who cried over a boy Pleading to God to fix it And was disappointed A girl who read e-mail from the boy Asking how she was feeling And was excited A girl who heard rumors of the boy Questioning his actions And was confused A girl who found she was not wanted by the boy Realizing it was really over And was disillusioned A girl who feels she is meant for the boy Not knowing how to feel about him And is silent |

Seems the first three lines are strangely similiar to lines in a Julia Roberts movie... Casey |

I like how you took that one thought and elaborated it in so many different ways. You took a very unique approach to this poem, and I enjoyed it quite a bit. Great work, Bel, and I can't wait to see more from you. Parasite Learn to place poetry before people |

Didn't this boy used to be a member here at passions? name started with a C? Hmmmm Anyhow, i felt this poem. I knew it was known to me, from a movie, but I did like it. I hope all gets better for you. No te preocupas. Cojelo suave, todo en su tiempo. "Se acabo la amor, no es culpa de nadie. Anyway asi es mejor, tenia que pasar. Porque todo lo que sube tiene que bajar."- La Secta This post has been brought to you by the 'Totally Awesome Society of Puerto Rican Egotistical Sexy Men'. |
