Depressing Friend

To see your face,
to hear your voice.
Those hurtful words,
that careless smile.

     To see her there,
     to hear her laugh.
     Your hurtful words,
     her depressing smile.

          From best friend,
          to no friend.
          With one big step,
          and no in between.

               It's a sad thing,
               when you have to fake a smile.
               Or force yourself to be happy,
               to seem fine and normal.

                    When only you know the truth,
                    that you are slowly going crazy.
                    And slowly slipping,
                    out of reach.

That was seriously awesome!! I can relate to it so much.....having to fake being alright with something....oh that just gave me an Idea......gotta go get this all down
