Ocean Of Tears

This season, I dedicate to you,
My tears drop steady as the leaves,
Reminisense of summer days with you,
Each day goes slower than the last,
With you in my thoughts,
I try to push you away,
You never leave for long,
Soon...my thoughts will cease,
I shall cherish our memories,
And move on to days without rain and drear,
Why I dedicate this season to you,
It's the first one I won't...

this is an awesome poem.. I really liked how you compared your tears to the leaves falling. Great job as always

OOOOO, I LOVE THIS! I've read this before...the other night. After I was done reading, I just sat there in complete and total "Awe." This poem is quite beautiful. Depressing but beautiful. Ha, the story of our lives. Anyway...this poem, you say, turned out better than you expected, but I do believe that all of your poems turn out that way. I think this may be one of my favorites of yours. I love it. Keep writing! Loves.
