Friends is what we say This is what we may stay. I fear it will all go down the drain If i tell what is in my brain. But o well What the hell. I'll give it a try I wont be shy. We've been friends Since i dont know when We got to middle school And I thought you were really cool. I kept it a secret I didnt want you to fret. It hurt a ton When girls called you hun. Inside me is tore Cause I want to say more. These subjects I wont touch Cause you mean so much. This courage i know not where it's from So far we have come O but where we could go But if your answer is no, Friends we will say This is what we will stay. |

I liked how you started and ended this poem in similar ways. I think that adds a very nice touch to poetry! Nice write. "I would sleep forever, if it meant I'd never stop dreaming..." |
