Stone. Concrete. Ice and Brick. I've used them all. Yet someone always seemed to slip through and attack me from the inside. How they managed that, I don't know. I always think "This time, no one is breaking them down." But I'm always wrong. 'Cuz somehow I always end up with a pile of remains. Leaving me feeling weak and vunerable without them. That's how I live. Smiling on the outside, while I'm crumbling on the inside. Make everyone believe I'm okay, so they don't ask questions. It gives me time to build my walls, stronger and higher than before. And this time, NO ONE is getting in. There's just one downfall... I can't get out. Trapped inside myself. If You Wanna See A Rainbow, You've Gotta Live Through The Rain. And If You Wanna See Through Love, You've Gotta Live Through The Pain. Man, I think this may be one of your best. I was gonna put my favorite part in my reply...but that would be the whole thing. This whole thing is PERFECT. I loved each and every line! ESPECIALLY the way you ended it! This poem was...amazing! It almost leaves me speechless. It's definitely one that leaves the reader in awe. Excellent work, dude. Seriously. Absolutely beautiful.
