I must forget you
I must
That's what I keep telling myself
Beause you always drift back into my thoughts
Even though I know it's over
But the fact that it was left unfinished
With no real "it's over"
Makes me think there's still hope
That you're still going to call
Even though I know you won't
I'm sad that you just disappeared
I really liked you
But you couldn't wait for me
You had to have me when you wanted me
I'm really sad that you just vanished
But I must move on
I must forget you
That's the only way to live happily
So I'm going to forget
I'm going to forget we ever "were"
Along with all the memories
And then
I'm going to forget you

Okay I'm going to say something that might suck a lot here goes: YOU NEVER FORGET. Period end of sentence. Unless your memory is horrible, you always remember first loves, first times, and the ones that hurt you? Always in the forefront. It's just God's little way of forcing you to learn from the past. You'll be okay. Here's the good news: It gets better. It hurts less and eventually becomes a learning experience I promise. Good luck.

Too much useage of the word forget. Unneccesarily repitive. The message your sending is a good one. Just play with it a little, let your feelings out on paper not just your thoughts.
