"Someone tell me"

Searched so long
Can’t seem to find
Someone whose heart
Can defy their mind.
Thoughts in the way
Love can’t get through
Living life alone
Isn’t easy to do.
Someone help me
Don’t want to wait any longer
Inside me's a need
Inside there’s a hunger
So what comes now?
I need to know
Before my heart grows
To be colder than snow.
Before my life is done
I need to find out
if love really is
what life's all about
Someone tell me
What life should be
’cause living alone
Isn't easy for me

Hi, I read your post in the discussion forum, this is a lonely poem for sure, and it appears you are reaching out. (nothing wrong with that) It's a fact of life, we all have needs that may never be met... In short, we're bound to get back a little something, if we so choose to give. I'm big on interaction and the fact that there is something nice to say about everyone's work.

Welcome to passions, I hope you'll get comfortable here.

Hey you, I'm SO sorry you feel so lonely. I know what it feels like to be alone. Hang in there, k? Trust me, things happen in their own time (often at inoportune times). Hope things go better for you.

I really like the feel of this poem. Very nicely done.
